WORST COMPANY

Not a single peace of line I can write pros here!

**** PLEASE READ ALL POINTS **** A lot cons is there, I will require supplements to answer all corns for this company which takes a lot of time and i don't want to waste more than 10 min for this company now. So here I will write in broader way as point wise bellow so it could be easy to conclude why to not join here:- 1) If you like to be work as SLAVE than please apply here i will recommend you. 2) Yeah obvious they will pay you little nicer than others company's, But if you like to work at lest 12 hrs everyday, please join here. 3) About Salary, they don't have proper salary structure they fool you and mislead you before joining they will not reveal in hand salary they just talk in CTC, after joining they will deduct some percentage on your CTC as security deposit and it will transfer lump sum amount after one year. 4) Please don't be influenced by their social pages like LinkedIn and Youtube they are not like that as they are showing in there social pages, Working culture is really sucks here. 5) Management and BOSS is typical American Attitude (i.e Time is a money).They don't have a bit of mercy if you work for 12 hrs today and if you reach office 10 min late tomorrow, than you have to give strong excuse with valid reason why you are late. 6) This company is US based it means all members including BOSS and software lead stay in US and their development team is in INDIA, so please don't be mislead its a start up company not MNC and second here is exactly 5 head count developers including all UI, Backed, Tester, Admin and one senior developer. So you can understand above two points. 7) CEO or BOSS tracks everyone via CCTV camera regularly from US and if he found you are talking to someone or you were on call for few mins then for sure he will ruin your life at evening team call. 8) Requirements are given by BOSS and there is nothing stability in requirements they change requirements as their mood swings and if you suggest opinion on their requirement than please remember BOSS has 20 years of experience so please be like a Slave and follow the instructions. 9) They don't remember their own requirement and will argue with you afterwords when work done, as they don't use any specialized software like JIRA to track issue. 10) They can fire you any time on the spot with any ridiculous reason so always ready with paper. 11) there will be no proper Knowledge Transfer given about their product, you have one week to learn it everything about your own and than they will expect productive output after a week. 12)It's a small startup but still there is lot of politics which makes me stumbled. 13) Lot of demotivation form upper management. 14) Most funny part is, they are not provide tissue papers and not even toilet role paper in bath room, they saying in India who use tissue papers, dam they are really insane i don't have words to them. 15) here is another one, new rule which I never seen in my life, they stop AC after 7pm and they don't care about you working in hit environment they want to save money on electricity.

You were fired from the company because you mis-represented your talent and skills to the company. After getting a huge salary, a company will expect returns. When the returns are not seen and a company takes strict action, you decide to retaliate by providing incorrect information to others. The company has seen over a 5000% growth over the past 3 years. This would be impossible if the management was so bad and the product was so bad. Anonymous sites always becomes a place for complaints. Look at company profiles on any other social media to see the culture growth and quality.

They will pay your salary on time.

Cons

- Worst culture, micromanagement, No process, Hire and fire policy, Demotivating work environment are the core concept of the company's work culture. - No proper requirement gathering or brainstorming. - Management will spy you from the camera to check if you are working and not talking to anyone else. - Bugs assigned in the sprint are actually ad hoc enhancement and if you will fail to complete that additional workload they will show you how much they are paying you per month. - Management will compare you with any other employee every time if you have a bad day and will demotivate you. - No employee policy, no job security they can fire you any time without notice by giving any silly reason. - This is the very basic startup with a small team size that is already fade up of this culture. - The funniest part is, they don't provide tissue papers and not even toilet roll paper, they will say in India who use tissue papers, dam they are really insane I don't have words to them. - Long working hours. They treat people like slaves. - During COVID pandemic peak days management was insisting to open the office just because the office space was unused. - They will harass you if they don't want to keep you in the team by giving any silly reason he can create a grammar mistake bug for the text given by management.

Thanks for taking the time to put the review. If the company did not take feedback, the company wont grow. The fact that the company has grown tremendously even during covid is a testament to the quality of work people at DataSeers produce. Unfortunately, you could not provide quality, honesty and integrity which they dont teach in colleges these days. Putting repeated reviews about the same things dont make the company fail. We are thankful to all our employees, clients and partners that we continue to grow at an amazing rate.
