Pros

Salary Benefits Paid team lunches Company events are pretty good Co-workers are great Currently, easy access to senior leadership (CEO, Mission area leads, directors, etc) Since, there are just over 50 employees. Certificate and education benefits that can align with career growth. Leadership is willing to assist an employee as much as possible in personal situations.

Cons

This company has been around 10 years. Not sure of what the strategy is for company growth. No core services or products that differentiate this company from so many others. Most of us our work is based on government contracts. No hybrid or remote work for employees working government contracts. HQ is allowed hybrid work ... But, not us contract employees. Most of the work is a sub-contract. Which can leave employees in the lurch during government shutdowns.

Pros

Modern company on forefront of new technology, convenient location of Reston, company events, and working on cool contracts for government. Offers position that may help you get "foot in the door" so to speak.

Cons

Micromanaging behind the scenes, staff are outwardly friendly but somewhat toxic. Company does not deal with issues professionally.
