Pros
Met a few, and I mean a few, nice people.
Cons
I worked at this organisation for almost 4 years and leaving was the best thing I ever did. They have no interest in motivating or promoting staff, everyone is just a number to them. Don't expect a pay rise EVER, and you'll most likely find members of staff doing the same job as you with the same qualifications will be on a lot higher salary - This happened to me and no matter how many times I raised the question, nothing changed. If you speak up, you are considered a black sheep and not a 'Team Player'. This company ultimately does not care - you are just expected to do your work and be quiet. If I could warn anyone off working here I would - I genuinely have nothing positive to say unless you enjoy working for a male chauvinistic company who have no respect for women or for how much work they put in.
