      disorganized, not good communication between laboratory managers and administrative staff, salaries for laboratory personal under the market, no socials, no benefits

      -Really great team of people working in the labs - The company occasionally provides lunch and team building activities on site (3/4 times a year) - The only benefits are free parking and sick leave

      Cons

      -poor management - pay reviews often delayed months -expected to use equipment which is broken and sometimes dangerous -very difficult to get new equipment -no benefits to speak of- minimum pension, no health care etc. -no training plan, no fairness in the approach to individuals being trained in new areas, this is usually based on favouritism, moving to a new area will only happen when someone leaves the company -changes to protocols with no evidence provided to back claims when questioned

      Nice work environment within the lab, strong team of scientists and lab techs which makes the job enjoyable.

      Lack of Strong Management. Not many additional benefits other than free parking and discounted gym
