      Meaningful but unpredictable work

      Pros

      They were very understanding about the ups and downs of life and were accommodating. They weren't concerned about tattoos or gauges when hiring employees. The work was important and allowed for human connection.

      Cons

      Was never properly trained in the on-the-job procedures. And sometimes the scheduling would get a little crazy.

      Pros

      Great benefits and they provide fun family activates every once in a while. They are very giving.

      Cons

      The pay is not good. (Which is why they can afford those benefits and activities lol) And the higher ups don't care about their employees. They are all "friends" and mutually continue to be careless of their employees. Very unprofessional.

      Great benefits with both vacation and sick leave accrual, supportive co-workers and supervisor. Some flexibility with schedule.

      Cons

      Communication throughout the company is lacking at times.
