Nothing good to say. I have gone through my bad days of life while working in this company. I prefer to give 0 starts but no such options. Don't waste your life and career.
Cons
Actually I just thinking about is there any good thing happened throughout my work-life at deduce... I just lost my 5 months in my career. Company torturing all the employees by putting so much pressure on them. I feel really sorry about my many of the colleagues there. They just continuing there for an experience and waiting for a better opportunity. Many talented people facing partiality since the company encouraging only local people there. More over it's like a jail that we don't have any freedom. Salary also very low. They will say 4 months training and for that they will cut from salary. But actually training will be there only for one or two weeks. And no transparency in salary deduction. If we ask clearly regarding the salary they will terminate.Also no one will stay more than 3 months due to the bad behavior of the Director.
