Pros

The workplace is conveniently situated in the heart of downtown Toronto, in close proximity to the subway system. Additionally, the nature of the work primarily allows for remote operations, providing flexibility and convenience to employees.

Cons

One of my negative encounters in the tech industry was when I observed that many individuals in management positions had backgrounds primarily in science or biology, with only limited knowledge of computer studies. While they were undoubtedly talented individuals, their lack of expertise in the field led to the creation of an unfavorable work environment. Although they excelled in communication skills, their execution fell short, resulting in subpar outcomes.
