Thank you for acknowledging the pay level. We are disappointed to read that the broader experience did not meet expectations. DKG can be a demanding environment because it works across advanced projects with fast timelines and high standards. We continue to improve onboarding and communication so expectations are better understood from the start.

Pros

Avoid this place — you’ll save money on therapy.

Cons

Management cares more about blaming others and creating endless documents than getting real work done. You must write daily micro reports on macro tasks, plus extra reports every other day, and update many Action Plans every day. If your task is delayed because of urgent requests from management, you are penalised. If you ignore those requests, you are also penalised — sometimes hundreds of euros for just one issue. They often fire people after 1 month to avoid paying them. And if you stay longer, be ready to fight hard for your last salary — they will find many excuses not to pay. The admin, legal and hr team is rude, inexperienced, and only sends template emails.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We do not recognize the characterization of DKG as a fear-based environment, and we do not discuss individual penalties, payment or contract matters publicly. Our work requires disciplined reporting, task tracking and accountability because projects are complex and fast-moving. We continue to improve project-management systems, reporting proportionality, escalation logic and payment administration so documentation supports delivery rather than adding unnecessary friction.
