Terrible Management, closed the doors with 1 week compensation just to open back up because they they can't manage their way out of a paper bag

This is the worst Job Ive ever had. Managment only cares about one thing Production Ive seen supervisors watch employees do extremely dangerous things to keep the machines running for instant there was a proxy switch whitch kept moving causeing the machine to stop instead of shutting downthe machine and fixing it properly the operator would climb on top of the machine to adjust the proxy switch after I left the company i was watching the news and saw a employee died while working and the company was fined for safety violations its sad but I was sure something like that would happen
