Management is the worst I’ve ever worked with, the executives have 0 clue what they are doing, they work on a “scratch your back” mentality, no room for advancement and if you get advanced you can always be demoted, technology is from the 90s, HR is no help,

-poor management, did not feel supported in role - misguided, lots of rule changes, inconsistent -poor training, left feeling not confident in what you're doing

Pros

Tons of time off, positive environment, good investment in tools and software needed to do your job, 6 week training program.

Cons

Feedback is ok, but not enough for folks who are new to the industry in my opinion. Too much focus on folks who have been here 'since the beginning' instead of those who have talent and knowledge.
