      Being able to work anywhere in Canada with flexible hours and days

      Cons

      the pay rate is actually "piece work" not an option in the status bar. Poor pay structure and severe financial penalties for even the smallest mistakes. Because of the graduated pay structure, pay can range from far below minimum wage ( about 9.50/hr by doing the minimum requirements) to about 20/hr but ONLY if you have 100% accuracy. Anything less and you won't make more than $10/hr.
