Pros
Delta Trading Group employs many people, and it is the best trading group available for both employees and members. I worked there for years, and learned more than you can imagine. The boss is a master at what he does and teaching employees many business skills. The best part is the number of people the company helps. In fact, the owner personally financed my business when I decided to leave the company to pursue my own dream. And I have never seen a company in this industry more transparent to its staff or clients.
Cons
As an employee I had to deal with a lot of clients with unrealistic expectations. The staff, I think tries too hard to help everyone, which puts strain the resources focused on people who want to help themselves. I think the standards of customer service are to demanding on staff. I know that sounds strange.
