It has gained a considerably high ranking as one of Indonesia's top law firms and it has a reputable name in the legal scene in Jakarta.
Cons
The working climate does not promote a global mindset and inclusive working culture. There is a prominent hirarchy-based structure which trespasses social boundaries. There’s no onboarding or training plan or KPI-based reviews in place to ensure you’re set up for success.
