      Clients Get Preference While Employee Needs Are Avoided Easily by These Awful People

      Pros

      There was a sense of teamwork, and I got the opportunity to work with some excellent minds in the industry.

      Cons

      The attitude towards employees was terrible. The arrogant people at the top ignored our needs. They were too busy appeasing the clients, making me feel like a second-class citizen. These horrible people also avoided any suggestions for improvement, as they were too egoistic to see their own mistakes. It was ridiculous behavior.

      Nothing! Don't believe a word from the positive reviews, they're lying!

      Cons

      All the positive reviews about Design Force Marketing are lies! Management couldn't care less about employees, and constantly overworks them. If you fail to meet their unreasonable demands, they bully and verbally abuse you! A lot of employees have left the company because they couldn't tolerate their toxic behavior.

      Uneven workloads and fragile management

      Salary is better than other companies, but not worth it because of how miserable it is to work here

      Cons

      Workloads are unevenly distributed resulting in some employees being overloaded with tasks, while others are kicking back and basically doing nothing. Management have fragile egos, and respond to feedback and differences in opinion with bullying and harassment
