Pros
Very open management who are willing to listen and take suggestions. The firm is really open to ideas and helping people grow as individuals. There have been a ton of recent changes based on employee surveys which have really helped all of us to better focus on our personal growth. Flexible hours make for a really great work life balance.
Cons
I really don’t have any cons, but the snacks can be addictive especially since they are free
