-Management seems to micromanage without knowledge of what goes on during the day to day. Key individuals with the day to day, ground level perspective don't get consulted when making decisions
-I haven't experienced it personally but there does seem to be politics at play, more in the higher levels though vs with the worker bees
-There seems to be the idea that one size fits all from Nantes (Headquarters) with out realizing major differences in the US regarding the business environment
-There is lots of information flow from the bottom up, but not from the top down. Employees do their jobs but there hasn't been what I consider a clear direction and purpose beyond sales goals mentioned
-Company feels bureaucratic due to influence from the larger parent company
