Pros

-Nice office -Some people are pretty experienced so you can learn a lot -Okay-ish benefits In general, it's pretty ok only if you're a junior/starting mid developer.

Cons

-Unexciting projects (some of them could be very nice, but if you end up in a wrong one - God help you) -High turnover rate which increased over the last year -No transparency between teams -No clear direction in culture as team is growing -Salary is lower on average than anywhere else -Increasing risk of churn -Pretty poor life/work balance

We get to lead the product development with the client, not as a paper exercise but in coordination with the PM and engineering. This is the sweet spot of product design

Cons

We were recently acquired and now we deal with people who want to be either 'pure' design strategists who never build anything or simple UI/UX designers who rarely have a say in the right way to build a product
