      Super Favoritism - CEO does not take his own decisions

      They will give you good benefits only.

      Cons

      The CEO stopped taking his decision and terminated 30-35 employees upon two senior employees' approval only. In 30-35 employees, no chamcha got terminated, that's how it sorted out. Plus it is a sister company of Programmers Force, they do the same, hire people from other cities the terminate them unnecessarily.

      Nothing they will just present the list of perks amd trust me all that glitters are not gold

      Cons

      Bad Management, the people ruling the company have zero experience with zero leadership experience. Company itself doesn't have any proper structure. They have 4-5 "chamchy" and only they get benefit of working there.

      Perks and benefits like medical, family treat.

      Cons

      Higher leadership have no knowledge about tech and they are just non-tech people putting unnecessary pressure on employees. Their salary is way less than the average salaries in the market. No salary raises at all.
