      - Super flexible - Flat structure - Great people - Good salary (but not top dollar) - Remote working fully encouraged and supported - Team meetups - Great culture

      - Some projects make it hard to use your strengths to their fullest - No real career tree - Sometimes hard to get direction within the flat management structure

      The company has a lot of really smart employees working there! People are very friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Management is very chaotic and makes decisions willy nilly without any real process. The company as a whole is allergic to process or leadership or accountability. Many projects go unfinished. Too much concentration in one major client.
