Good if you want experience but best used a stepping stone to elsewhere
Pros
Good social culture and promotes a lot of charities. Genuinely supports diversity and inclusion The Marketing and Design team is the best to be a part of.
Cons
Lower than average salary - they don't benchmark and pay rises are generally low (1.5%-3% pa) if given at all. Former CEO once stated in a town hall meeting that if anyone wants more money, they can leave. Favouritism and bias is rife. Finance team is the worst to be part of - expect long hours and additional work without time in lieu or overtime pay (staff were told by Financial Controller during a Finance meeting that they need to set an example to other employees). High turnover is the norm and redundancies have occurred regularly for several years (all teams except Marketing & IT, regardless of tenure, seniority or position).
