There are some amazing talented people in the company who work too hard for their own good. If you're a cis het white man you'll feel right at home!
Cons
If you're a woman, don't even apply. Yes eSports is lucrative but anything else is better than this. The senior management are all huge egotistical men who got lucky that they got into the industry at the right time and think they are better than everyone else. They will make you feel absolutely terrible if you're not a favourite. Gaslighting seems like the common language here. There's little to no progression, the senior management has never had any actual management training. Some people have been there for +2 years with no progression and on the same pay. No work life balance, you literally live and breath dexerto. Even during Christmas! There are minimal POCs in the company. The pay is far below average and there are no training.
