      Pros

      Decent pay, good working environment on the whole, great opportunities particularly for apprenticeships.

      Cons

      One or two key members of senior management have problems delegating, and sometimes unprofessional decision making processes take place. On the whole though, a good bunch, meaning well and offering locals one of the best places to work.
