Very Very poor salary structure Salary hike once a year with very minimum hike(0 to 8%) . Salary hike will be announced 2 to 3 months post performance review. Poor Managers. Very poor resource utilization. People good at testing work as developers and people good at developing work as testers.

No salaries on time your ideas and thoughts will never be validated and valued. No scope for learning new technologies Delivery Manger is an inter standard student and he doesn't know the Even SDLC process. No corporate culture. it is like govt. college and cowshed Manger Jayanth is not an innovative person. not even know advanced technolgies. Management & Admin playing cheap admin tricks,blackmailing ,threatening to hold the employees either compensation way & other way . they don't have board thinking because they don't know any thing about corporate IT business & Culture. simply they know mediating , consulting other brokerage. Moreover we can easily get job in Dhanush Infotech if you're ready for doing job very cheap compensation. Please whoever want to join Dhanush Infotech , wait for better opportunity. don't waste your career and don't invest your mental stress. I strongly recommend Staying back at home with jobless is better than doing job like slave.
