      Flex day and the people doing the work are genuinely good people.

      Cons

      Where do you start? Discrimination, gaslighting, withholding your own money (super slow at paying in pension contributions too), manipulative leadership, excessive workload, excessive meetings, unrealistic revenue targets Performative work by huge numbers of 'leadership' with demonstrable lack of leadership and a strategy that is no more than a wish list.

      One can gain knowledge of precision medicine and how real world data can be used to commercialize them People with good domain knowledge Flex Fridays

      Highly fast paced and sometimes excessively stressful A very large focus on revenue extraction, thus losing sight of how much they can take on their plate Salary is lower for the amount of work expected No clear career progression plan 6 month unnecessary probation period, which is measured too minutely, which causes stress and demotivation.
