Very chill office atmosphere with an overall pleasant calm
Cons
No sense of heirarchy, ideas are usually taken credit for by higher ups. Budget constraints are too high and people with actually proper educations and good experience are overlooked in place of company norms. Company needs 70% of workforce replaced by more competent and pleasant to be around people. All an employee hears is complaints about the company and how things are done but with no ideas to change it .
