Extremely toxic work environment, particularly in the Delhi office AVP level are deeply involved in office politics rather than actual people or business management junior employees are treated like subordinates with no voice, respect, or work-life boundaries Favoritism is openly practiced—career growth depends more on flattery and “buttering” AVP level than on performance or results PIPs and terminations are frequently used as pressure tactics and appear targeted at employees who don’t align personally at AVP level
