As the headline title suggests, it is a good environment for keeping up with the latest technology, with Joi, who used to be the director of the MIT Media Lab, and CEO Hayashi, who is always trying to grasp the context of the times, sharing the latest tech trends with employees. In addition, the investment department drives the company's overall revenues and the New Context Conference is a great place for those who want to keep up with the latest technologies.
Cons
Unfortunately, there are no WAYS OF WORKING to increase productivity throughout the company. As a result, each department operates according to rules established by individuals as they see fit. This gives the impression of an organisation without leadership.
