      Pros

      Great place to improve current skills and potential to grow to junior/middle management. Great opportunity to learn on the job.

      Cons

      Company treats employee extremely badly and in turns suffers from a high attrition rate. Indeed employees are paid short every month - do not count on the bonuses, commission or health insurance that are stated on the contract. CEO and higher management lack the competencies and ethincs to run such a business.

      Pros

      There are some determined and great employees who have great potential to develop the company. It used to be well maintained and good couple years back

      Cons

      Management system is completely corrupted in almost every way, higher managerial position has A LOT of problems which they refuse to fix, salary keeps getting cut for no specific reason, no bonus or overtime. some employees are fed up with the dysfunctional system and incompetency of the CEO in handling the problems, but the company keeps spreading words how good they are. Chinese employees in here are absolutely being exploited.

      Pros

      None! Can't think of any. Worst company I've ever worked with. Don't be fooled by what they tell you. Many good staff can't stand it and left and the CEO doesn't care.

      Cons

      CEO is very rude and have no consideration for the employees. Management cares more about how much money they're making vs respecting and caring about company culture and employee well-being. Very high staff turn-over. Minimum pay.
