      Pros

      I could set my own schedule, I could work remotely, no customer service.

      Cons

      They got rid of bonuses and kept adding more steps to our processes. They kept emphasizing that if we didn't meet goals, we could be on the chopping block the next time layoffs came around. More work for less pay is not enough to make me concerned that your dangling this dead-end job in my face like a rotten carrot.

      I have felt replaceable a lot by the company because my position could be taken over and replaced by technology.

      Pros

      Flexible with scheduling, overtime (SOMETIMES), get monthly bonuses. Unfortunately I find it easier for me to write cons for this company.

      Very little job security, flimsy, unorganized, back and forth work, easily replaceable, under appreciated, I feel obligated to do what is out of my job title
