Pros

-The HR is a very kind and thoughtful person, offers to help others all the time without discrimination; -Flexible schedule; -Friendly and open-minded colleagues; -No dress code; -Coffee, tea, snacks; -Free day on your birthday.

Cons

-Manipulative and immature lead management; -Subjective evaluation; -If you're asked to give your opinion it's just for conversational purpose only, your opinion doesn't matter; -It's not okay to say what's on your mind even though you're polite and maybe right most of the times, it can have consequences; -Micromanagement level 1000; -Different views regarding the marketing strategy and you don't know who to listen to.

Pros

- some of the people there are very nice and very smart. - the coffee break conversations are interesting and stimulating - you can meet like-minded people and make friends

Cons

- a very toxic work environment - surveillance is taken to paranoid levels, everyone is pitted against one another, especially as you move up the management ladder - unhealthy levels of competition and cattiness encouraged - seems like bad behavior gets rewarded - you are not empowered to make any decisions (only in theory), but are weighed down with all the responsibility for the consequences (even if you didn't make the decisions) - everyone is pressured to work fast and a lot, not to work smart - all the makings of a content farm - they say they are a SEO and digital marketing agency but all they do is produce lots of second rate content for clients abroad, nothing smarter than that, no actual marketing involved - the company has the most demanding standards I've seen in the industry so far, as far as the quota for writers is concerned. (without having a good pay level, of course) - rules are changing all the time, no time for any kind of getting accustomed to something so that everyone can be on the same page - the general feeling is that upper management doesn't have a coherent strategy
