Pros
Relaxed environment, challenging projects, do a little of everything, accessible management and owners, casual clothing, iniciative is well received, healthy economic situation, low people rotation, great general mood, warm and honest coworkers.
Cons
Dirty, barely tolerable bathrooms, bas smell in many places, no ventilation or heating (winter) or AC (summer), long working hours, no bonuses or incentives of any kind, inamovable structure (no chance to grow), very low salaries for non management positions (and very very high for managing positions).
