Hard to find any thing positive once you work there for awhile and get exposed to the inner workings.
Cons
Owner is egomaniacal narcissist who does not care about his employees. There is a revolving door of employees being hired and fired and owner does not care about how he effects people’s lives by firing them without warning or feedback. There is a total toxic work environment that all employees think they are next to get fired. Employees are targeted. It is hostile work environment. Everybody is miserable. The owner cut salaries. Screwed people on bonuses. You will be treated as a prisoner /slave and not be appreciated while the owner makes millions off of your work.
