      Pros

      Supervisors provide guidance when needed while still allowing independence in daily responsibilities. Feedback is constructive and helps keep projects moving in the right direction. The work is interesting because there is enough variety from week to week. The benefits package compares well with similar opportunities.

      Busy periods can create a heavier workload for short periods.

      Pros

      My coworkers have been great to work with, but I can’t say the same thing about my experience with Dineline. I’ve been stressed, exhausted, and burnt out ever since I started working here, and I wouldn’t say the effort is worth it because of how unrewarding my job is as well. If you’re considering applying for a position here, I would suggest looking for other opportunities instead.

      Cons

      Management cares about metrics above everything else. They couldn’t care less about your well-being; they push employees past their limits and force them to work long hours, assign them brutal workloads, and set unrealistic expectations for them to meet. What makes things even more frustrating is how incompetent and narrow-minded they are; they believe that employees who work longer = more work getting done, which simply isn’t true. I’ve seen a lot of talented and hardworking coworkers be ignored, unrewarded, and even reprimanded at times, simply because they didn’t push themselves to work long hours, even if they’ve done more work than anyone else.
