This company is a complete disaster, and I regret every single day I spent here. Upper management is completely out of touch and, frankly, arrogant. They treat their employees like disposable objects, with no respect, no appreciation, and absolutely no understanding of what it means to be a leader. They sit in their ivory towers, ignoring any feedback and making decisions that only benefit themselves.
The environment is toxic beyond belief. It's a pressure cooker of stress, micromanagement, and utter disregard for work-life balance. Trust is non-existent, and the culture is one of fear. Everyone is terrified to speak up because you’ll either be ignored or, worse, punished.
If you're hoping for any career progression, forget it. The only path here is stagnation. Promotions go to favourites with no rhyme or reason, while hard work gets you nowhere. The company has no interest in developing its employees or helping them grow – they just want warm bodies to fill seats and produce results with no care for your well-being.
The leadership doesn’t care about anyone below them. They treat staff like dirt and have no intention of changing. They’ve built a culture of indifference, where no one’s opinion matters, and everyone’s just a cog in the machine. They expect you to work yourself into the ground with no rewards or recognition. The turnover rate is ridiculous, and it's no surprise why – the stress and frustration simply aren’t worth it.
If you're looking for a place where you’ll be valued, respected, and given a chance to grow, this is the complete opposite. This company doesn’t deserve your time or energy. Run as fast as you can – don’t make the same mistake I did.
