It used to be a good company but since past few years, it has collapsed. - This company have exited all of their businesses. They only have 2-3 products. You can find them on playstore or appstore by the name "Riva". Read the reviews and you'll get to know the reality. - No job security. They have moved their Delhi and Mumbai offices to Bangalore. Majority of the developers have quit their jobs. Many other employees have been laid off. - Poor infrastructure - HRs adding fake reviews to delude people into believing how good this company is - Non innovative work focused on just copying other similar apps - This is not a software company but a "copy and sell" company - One person management i.e. CEO. Managers just trying to be in his good books. Other employees have no say at all. - Zero career opportunities
