Pros
Not a lot of pros unfortunately, apart from ease of access to it and easy to get transport/car - that’s literally all I can think of.
Cons
Awful and unsupportive, management simply do not care for wellbeing of staff. Management have very obvious favourites and allow them to get away with a lot more than they should, often to other employees expense. There is also little structure and no defined roles for support staff which causes a lot of unneeded friction and upset when people are being told different things.
