Pros
Remote work was good, but only really down to covid
Cons
Poor respect of employees working hours. Not paid on time. No central working system. Company could’ve had a ton of potential, but it was not a start up environment which encouraged experimenting or figuring out how to better grow the company. No room to discuss ideas.
