First , this is not a company for people , who have personal life. If you join, they expect you to work till 2am - 3 am . The management is to scattered to decide day to day work . The kind of mental pressure they will put on people, anyone can loss normalcy or perspective. On top of that some clients treat the developers as slaves , management does not take any call on that . They will not give you any extra pay or will not give you comp off easily If you are a fresher, you will learn a lot, but if you are an experienced person, they will only give you maintenance projects . The CTO is a big biased guy, who needs his ego to be feed by people, if you have self respect and fail to do so. They will make your life hell there, No good project will be given to you, and yet if you leave early, that will cause issue for you . They will not pay you according to market rate , not even half of that, rather how much you can make CTO and managers happy through buttering . If you don`t have any option, still don`t join . I have seen in 3 months , all senior employees leaving .
