Trust me, there's better organizations to work for. Don't settle.

Pros

There are pockets of amazing people who dedicate their days to the organization and other team members.

Cons

Management. This organization will never go beyond staff augmentation as their leadership does not know how to drive successful change. Work / Life Balance. This is non-existent within this organization. You are expected to work 24 x 7, including vacations. If you take more than two hours to respond to an email or message, you are told you are being unresponsive and will be called out for it. Good Old Boys Club. If you are not willing to constantly agree with the Senior Leadership, your time is limited within this organization.

Pros

There are none. There were some decent leaders here at one point, but they're all gone now.

Cons

The leadership here is full of gross, toxic masculinity. The CEO is a drunk, seriously. They churn through leaders like crazy, and really don't care about their customers as much as they care about making money and partying. They don't pay their people nearly what they're worth, they're more about margin than anything else. If you care about quality and your long-term reputation, don't work here.

Pros

The Benefits package offered is ok

Cons

They will try to con you into working full-time with them promising job security, pay between projects, and benefits but will drop you without a second thought. Never take a full-time position with Divurgent because that’s how they cut your pay by more than $13 of normal consultant wages. They will change expense policies and screw you over.
