Pros
The compensation for Argentinians it's good. The tech stack it's "updated" Time off (20 days) Remote work
Cons
Very inflexible with working hours. Too bureaucratic and a slow process to get permissions, create DBs, and others. A career path with some unreal requirements to the technical path after the senior level. Lots of uncertainty about the objectives, requirements, and process.

- Very dynamic - Use new technology - There are a lot of opportunities to develop new features and new project - Opportunity for learn different tools - In general people is great and funny - Flexibility with personal task

- Depend on the team, but sometimes is complicated focused in a task.
