      Employees are selected from public Universities.

      Cons

      -Very bad management, especially admin -Department manager was not good, not skilled, could not lead the team, had lack of knowladge, was biased to some employees -Transport facility, food quality was very bad - Job security was low, management could terminate any employee any time.
