Favoritism: Certain employees are clearly favored, leading to unfair distribution of projects and promotions. Hard work and talent are often overlooked in favor of personal connections. Micromanagement: Managers do not trust employees to do their jobs. Every task, big or small, is scrutinized in extreme detail, leading to a stifling work atmosphere. Toxic Management: The Directors foster a culture of fear rather than collaboration. Criticism is constant, but constructive feedback is rare. They'll shout and curse at you in front of a meeting.
