      Pros

      Very good company to work with. You will get all good experience to cherish throughout your life. Smart people are surrounded who are helpful to shape your career. CEO is good ans always available for discussion.

      Salary process and documentation was not transparent (I worked here from 2008 to 2010. and my response to this column may be not valid currently)

      Pros

      I spent 2 years with DoubleSpring and like the work culture and the diversity. Strong customer focus is a plus point. Innovation and Intellectual property focus are emerging very fast. Career supporting and friendly managers on the role is definitely a good point which I really like. Learning, Medical Benefits and Good Incentives.
