Pros
I had the chance to work initially part time with the company and further to my performance I was offered the full time role. Though a small company but very commfortable to work with the team and management, I have the flexibility to work from the home. I get commision on completing the project on time, what else I would need from a job,,,

Pros
. Everyone who I worked with were very qualified and friendly people. . Part time/flexible work . Sometimes given the option to work from home . The actual work I did was very fulfilling . Some room for career progression/flexibility
Cons
. Very fiesty and unreasonable manager . People would get fired for very minor faults . Very few clients . In the UK base at least, the hire turnover rate was 100%. Everyone I worked with was either fired for pety reasons, felt compelled to to leave due to the manager creating a toxic work environment or were let go after their contract ended unless they wanted to settle for a worse off deal.
