      - strong tech stack and learning opportunities - interesting work at times

      Cons

      - frosty atmosphere. days can go by without anyone talking to each other despite sitting beside team members. - poor/inexperienced management, unable to provide context, tech intros, general guidance. - mediocre compensation - on call hours were not highlighted

      * Office was a pretty boring place to work, 50 people just sit down and ignore each other for the majority of the day. * Very inflexible HR department, their way or the highway seemed to be the most common narrative.
