Pros
Family run business, very great people to work with. Very much room for growth within the company, and everyone is there to help you through every step of the way. They want you to succeed, and take the necessary steps to help you do so.
Cons
Micro managing can be frustrating at times. Training can be stressful, and at times seem overwhelming, but that goes along with any job. My only other grief would be not having given sick days for the year.

Good Reputation. People are eager to help one another. They do try to train and are now providing sales training and drapery training
Cons
Training isn't great and they take $ away from you for mistakes. There is absolutely no work life balance. Very inconsistent management and information. Its very hard to make a good living.
