      The environment is laid back

      Cons

      No upward growth. They don’t train you on selling and buying properties, only renting. New ideas and input are not allowed. Unscrupulous payout practices, (brokerage gets paid before as usual, but they don’t tell you when your deal has closed and is paid so you have to stay on them about getting paid)

      The list could go on forever. Plan to not get paid for months on end even though they claim they pay you after x amount.

      Do you have a pulse? Congrats, you're hired. Probably the only pro to this place and I wouldn't even really consider it one because working here is a con in and of itself, literally.

      Cons

      I check in on this glassdoor every once in a while just to see if the place is still around. I notice that a lot of reviews have been removed. There used to be like 4 or 5 reviews, all negative, and now I see only one. So I will leave a fresh one as a warning to any new or aspiring agents in the industry that have been approached by these folks: run from this place as fast as you can. The red flags are everywhere. Find a real brokerage to work for, Chicago has no shortage of them.
