Pros
Working with a small, non-managarial, talented team. An interesting problem to work on (depending on what interests you)
Cons
The biggest known secret is the fact that one of the founders has a toxic personality. He would regularly go on long tantrums where no one else is heard and publicly admits that the only opinion that counts is his. When things don't go his way he publically shames people, calls them names, or shouts, creating unnecessary, negative pressure an akwewad atmosphere and a negative pressure on those who get attacked. He regards anyone who isn't him as "not good enough", which destroys your self-confidence, motivation and productivity when it's enforced by this man every day. There is no process or anyone to protect the team from this behaviour as in Denmark employment protection laws don't kick in until you're a year in the role, and the rest of the management are burying their heads in the sand. In a team of about 20 people it's hard to find a safe place. Aso, but unrelated, there are virtually no benefits other than what's stipulated under Danish law.
