      Open letter to the founder and president of SS

      Pros

      Resign!! You are no Elisa Cascade, wish she was our head of department. Soon there will be a mass exodus as it so boring to come to work as nothing to do.

      Cons

      Due to your bad decisions, moral is so low.. key staff have left the company. This trend was the same when you were the CCO, bad management and disorganised of your team and responsibilities. The board removed you and installed in SS. Cold calling doctors is not professional behaviour.

      Pros

      Flexible working. Young office and colleagues friendly and social.

      Cons

      Managers (both line and project) are completely useless. No leadership skills and unable to manage teams or projects well. Some have terrible communication skills and make simple tasks painful. Huge knowledge gap with some project leads - no understanding or experience of topics relevant to the role. Some project leads are bullies which management ignore concerns about. Salary is below market value, benefits nonexistent.

      Good company but it doesn't look after staff

      Pros

      Nice colleagues, relatively good office location, pay above poverty line.

      Cons

      Holidays offered barely over the national minimum annual leave, overtime expected with no pay, no flexible hours, no agreed work from home days, poor general pay compared to competitors, poor training for mid level managers. Lots of stress and overtime.
