      Pros

      It's one of the best Free zones in the UAE, if you are from Senior Management then your life is good and you'll enjoy a variety of benefits.

      Cons

      Unclear vision, mid-level employees and below are not aware of the changes, 'Favoritism' becomes a culture, lack of transparency when it comes to take decisive decisions, hierarchy at its highest level. Never seen something like this before.
